the first week we use our legs on the wall to paddle . Then we started to do stream line in the pool. Which basically is swim across the pool with our only legs . I think it helped our legs muscle . After that we learn how to do bubbles in the pool . We started using our hands to swim. We practice in the wall doing bubbles. When we learning to use our hands . I learn when your right hand comes out off the water you’re soppose to breathe . After that we practice doing that across the pool for like 2 weeks . After that we just keep doing the same and we never went again in the pool
